It's being called a Code Red for Humanity. The latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, which was prepared by 234 scientists from 66 countries, highlights how human influence has warmed the climate at a rate that is unprecedented in at least the last 2,000 years. This sobering assessment - endorsed by the world's governments - is the first major review of the science of climate change since 2013. What does it predict and what needs to be done to prevent more catastrophe? We get the help of Meenakshi Raman, the president of Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM) and the Head of Programmes at the Third World Network, to break it down for us.
