Is Balance Something We Can Improve?

Ever watched a child wobbling their way through a game of hopscotch, and yet somehow, remarkably, never falling down? That’s the body’s ability to balance itself, although not everyone has the same level of ability. Consultant orthopaedic surgeon Dr Rajesh Singh joins us to explain what we can do to improve our balance.
