If you’re a fan of Masterchef Australia, the name Adam Liaw would be a very familiar one to you. Adam took home the title in the second season of the series back in 2010, and he has since gone on to publish cookbooks and host TV shows, establishing himself as a household name in Australia, and arguably in some households here as well. The Malaysian-born Australian cook, author, and TV presenter joins us in the studio to share more about how his heritage has influenced his career in food and whether he plans to film a series in Malaysia one day.
