Among the many proposals from civil society and non-governmental individuals that were submitted to the Committee on Institutional Reforms is one from the Freedom Film Network (FFN), a non-profit calling for a change in censorship laws to encourage “an enabling environment, where independent filmmaking can flourish.” FFN’s executive director Anna Har and lawyer Sherrie Razak discuss their recommendations.
