Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) or Doctors Without Borders is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation, that provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict. Observing neutrality and impartiality in the name of universal medical ethics, we find out more about this international organisation from Beatrice Lau, who is the MSF Malaysia's Head of Mission.
