If you felt that too much Facebook browsing is bad for you, a new rigorous study has just confirmed it. Scientists from Yale University and University of California San Diego published a longitudinal study, three years in the making, involving a sample size of more than 5,000, showing how the more you use Facebook, the worse you feel. BFM Night School’s Ahmad Fuad Rahmat and clinical psychologist Vizla Kumaresan go over the study on this episode of Digital Desires.
