Stalking is not a crime in Malaysia, but we are one step closer to making that a reality. A proposed law has been drafted, and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Liew Vui Keong, has said he hopes to present it to Cabinet and table it in Parliament this March. We explore why stalking needs to be criminalised.
