It's been a tough year for us all, but for students set to sit for major exams like SPM, the strain is becoming too much for many of them. Reports and anecdotes point to students feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious and for some, even suicidal. Today, we speak to a student who is due to sit for her exams to find out how she's feeling, and later we discuss ways we can help students cope with all they're going through.
