Cyberloafing is a term used to describe the actions of employees who use their Internet access at work for personal use while pretending to do legitimate work. For a long time now, it has been considered a counterproductive type of work behaviour. But a recent study shows that it might have a positive side for both employees and employers to cope with work stress.
