Every generation approaches the workplace differently. While talk over the last decade has largely focused on understanding the work habits and attitudes of Millennials, it’s already time to move on. Generation Z's, the group born after the Millennials, are entering their early adult years and starting their young careers. For some companies, they see this particular generation as an information goldmine - highly opinionated and proactive in the fight for social and environmental change.
