It’s no secret that women are paid less than men despite sharing the same employment position or work experience.
According to a news report by STAR, the median monthly income for women in Malaysia was about RM2,150 in 2021, compared to about RM2,300 in 2021 for men. (about a RM150 difference)
Combating the gender pay gap requires the collaboration of multiple segments, but whose responsibility is it?

Joining us today is Camelia Loh, Founder and CEO of Kabel, an HR Tech company.
