A poster uploaded by RapidKL's customer service support Twitter account on mask mandates have caused a bit of noise on social media, with people responding to it by posting pictures of politicians taking the train without wearing their masks. So we unpacked whether these PR attempts backfired, and whether the act of wearing masks on public transport should be monitored more.
