Minimum Marriage Age for Muslim Girls to Remain 16

The government announced that after Jakim's deliberations with state religious authorities, they will not change the legal marrying age for Muslim girls to 18. We look at the implications of this decision, and get a better understanding of the legal jurisdictions between state and federal governments, that have kept reform from taking place.
