Our top story: Nasyid singer Yasin Sulaiman has been sentenced to life in prison and 16 strokes of the cane over three drug-related offences, which include possession, consumption and cultivation of cannabis. We hear from Muhammad Harish Kumar, President of the Malaysia Society of Awareness, on whether punitive punishments are the best approach in cases like this.

2. Individuals with criminal records might get a chance to start over, as Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution announces plan to review the registrations of criminal records, which currently includes people who were investigated by the police but never charged, as well as those not fully convicted. China's video game "Black Myth: Wukong" becomes a massive hit after its launch, marking a milestone in China's gaming industry as it becomes their first ever video game to attain AAA status, a term here used to describe used to describe major, high-budget, stand alone games. We hear thoughts from Jonathan Leo, the content director of Kakuchopurei.com and Wan Amirul Adlan, senior games journalist At Nmia Gaming about the video game's appeal and its rising popularity.
