Both leaders have also agreed to elevate their relationship from an enhanced strategic partnership to a comprehensive strategic partnership. Rahul Mishra, Associate Professor, at the Centre for Indo-Pacific Studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University shares his views on the significance of this visit.
