With Malaysia aiming to achieve a national recycling rate of 40% by 2025, the government already has several initiatives in place and is in the process of drafting a blueprint for solid waste management, with sights set towards a circular economy. We speak to Khor Sue Yee, co-founder and director of non-profit organisation, Zero Waste Malaysia as she shares her thoughts on the country’s sustainability journey.
