The Edge's Evolution Into TV

The Edge Media Group started The Edge TV over 3 years ago. Sharon shares with us the journey thus far and how the venture into something new as well as outside print is panning out.

We also discuss the challenges today when it comes to producing content for TV, especially when people have shorter attention spans given the distractions that we have around us.

The content producing game has certainly changed. Sharon talks to us about the difference between producing news content for web TV compared to a normal TV programme.

Also, given that broadcasting players such as Astro Awani and TV3 having a wider reach when it comes to eye balls - given their access to both the urban and rural folks -- how can The Edge TV compete? Is it even a competition?

We ask Sharon this.

Listen in.
