According to the Tyre Retreading Manufacturers Association of Malaysia, 30% out of 1.2 million retreaded tires on the market were not manufactured according to specifications. Cheah addresses the concerns surrounding the industry, ahead of Eversafe Rubber's IPO on April 21.
