We speak to Mehvesh Mumtaz Ahmed, the Research Director of Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), a think tank in Hong Kong about gaps that exists in Malaysia's philanthropic scene and whether foundations are vulnerable to exploitation.
