Despite a gloomy long-term outlook for the oil and gas industry, Ocean Vantage Holdings saw a strong debut on the ACE market. It was oversubscribed almost 16 times, and jumped from its issue price of 26 sen to close at 53 sen on IPO day, but is this optimism justified?
