Last Wednesday, the Kuala Lumpur High Court decided that the Duta Enclave, a 263-acre parcel of land in Mukim Batu that currently houses various government complexes and facilities should be transferred back to Semantan Estate. We speak to lawyer Razlan Hadri Zulkifli to better understand the origins of one of the oldest land dispute cases in Malaysian history.
