The use of the Sedition Act 1948 has come into focus again as Caretaker Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi was charged with 2 counts of sedition in the Selayang Sessions Court, after being arrested at 3am in the morning. We speak with Dato' Malik Imtiaz Sarwar, Constitutional Lawyer, to get his views on the case and whether the government of the day should take steps towards abolishing the archaic law, or replacing it
