We return to the wonders of world culture through the lens of the esteemed ABOC trio led by Kam Raslan. We welcome a special guest from Berlin, Germany; journalist Cora Knoblauch who is in town as part of the Goethe Institut's CloseUp Programme - diving headfirst into her snapshot of multicultural Malaysia with questions surrounding the hijab. Uma asks the table the price we pay for culture from a sustenance perspective. But we kick it off with something light and simple, like we always do, as Kam tries to break down the complexities surrounding a dish like the Hainanese chicken rice.
