In this edition of A Bit of Culture, Kam Raslan is joined by BFM's very own Sim Wie Boon, and writer / director Na'a Murad completing our trinity of culture aficionados. We start off by discussing The Eisner Awards, the Malaysian illustrator that won it recently, and immediately roll into the influence of comics on our three speakers. Next, we examine everybody's favorite pastime - binge watching reality TV shows. Well maybe not everybody, but Sim certainly loves spending time watching them. Our trio discuss why this format is so fixating; even more so during the lockdown. And lastly, we ask our guests - when does a movie reboot go too far? Our speakers go through a list of their top picks and also honourably mention some least favourites.
