Hidden amidst the spectacular chaos that is Petaling Street lies a space which serves as a window into the decorated history of Chinatown. Not confined by a single street, the area has continued to go by a past moniker, Kwai Chai Hong. Literally meaning "little demon lane" in Cantonese, Kwai Chai Hong has transcended its years of neglect and illusive name, being re-opened as a heritage site adorned by many nostalgic murals. Zeen Chang, one of the pioneers in its restoration, sheds light on Chinatown's golden age and the promises of Kwai Chai Hong.
