Located at the confluence of Klang and Gombak river, Masjid Jamek is the perfect symbol of amalgamation between the old and the new in the heart of KL. Built to serve the Muslim community that has been there for years, its existence has somehow galvanised the area, creating a unique socio-economic dynamic between commerce and community. In this episode, we explore the mosque’s narrative and journey, throughout the years.
