As an upcoming brand in Malaysia, Dache tackles a lack of authenticity in the Asian fashion market. By drawing heavy influence from nature, history, and tradition, they’ve given a new meaning to traditional fashion, capturing the Malaysian identity like it has never been before in the fashion industry. This new take has caught the eye of many people, both locally and internationally, as they were recently the only Malaysian brand showcased at London Fashion Week. But what makes their products so wearable? And how did the crowd at London react to their designs? I had a chance to speak to the people behind Dache - Yadz Harudin and Fieda Khalid, and they told me all about it. After that, we talk about one of the most comfortable menswear trends yet, easy trousers, with Florence Song, Style Lead at Zalora and our very own BFMer Othniel Ting on Style Shrink.
