This week we’re looking at ways the background noises, and in particular the sound of falling water can benefit your wellbeing. Researchers believe that the sound of water can guide the neuronal waves in our brain, allowing for a calming effect. Resident medical music therapist Dr Indra Selvarajah explains more.
